Workout Aug 19

am: 1 mile with Sumo, then 5 miles easy
pm: swim 10 x 100 meters, 2 mile bike, 2 mile jog with kids, 2 mile bike

The old heel problem has returned. Now what did I different? More long runs, more intervals, and those 2 barefoot workouts didn't help.
