pm: 2 mile bike
6 x 800 meter repeats 2:57, 3:00, 2:57, 3:01, 3:00, 3:03, 60 sec recovery (number 2, 4, and 6 are slightly uphill)
HARD workout- I probably need to make an adjustment- either slow these down to 3:10 or lengthen the recovery. Breathing was definitely the limiting factor
today. I didn't run yesterday but the biking may have been a factor. I like
to be rested before hard intervals, because I like to feel strong. Tough day.
