Marathon Training Update-Apr 27-28

Mon- 2 mile jog, then 4 x 1 mile with 2 minutes recovery. This was a tough workout- 6:07 then the rest 5:55-5:57. 1 mile cool-down for a total of 7 miles

Tues- A leg weary 17 mile run in 2 hours plus.
