I agree. This is helpful. I am a Physiotherapist and I am giving this exercises to my patients who have knee pain. But in my opinion this exercise is contraindicated to patients with knee pain secondary to osteoarthritis. Do you agree? Please give me advice. Thanks.
Thanks Blue Turtle- Yes everyone should have a proper diagnosis to determine cause before attempting certain exercises. If you don't plan on doing that, I am of the school of thought that if it hurts, don't do it, and this one would probably hurt a lot with osteoarthritis.
