Marathon Training Update May 24-30

Sun- 2.5 miles in Robin Hill, 5x the 800 loop in 15:03. 7 miles total

Mon- 19 miles on the bike

Tues- 17 mile loop - finally back under 2 hours!

Wed- 4 easy miles

Thurs- 6 x 800 in Robin Hill (big drop in times!) 8 miles total

Fri- 8 miles - checking out the finish of Discovery Trail Marathon course

Sat- 22 miles on the bike

One long run, one hard continuous run (only 15 min), one good interval session and 2 bike workouts. Total= 44 miles run, 41 miles bike

Low on run miles, but not a bad week!
