Marathon Training Update-Pre Marathon Week

Mon Feb 23- easy 4 mile recovery jog with Sumo.

Tues Feb 24- 2 mile jog with Sumo,then 4 mile time trial in 20:38 Ironically, that is the exact same time that I recorded on this course Nov 10, 20 days prior to the Seattle Marathon.
