Strands Training Log- FREE!

I have not signed up yet but met these people when I was in Eugene last weekend. Looks like it has some nice features- I like the fact that you can join a network or follow the elite runners they have signed up. Swimming, cycling, triathlon, or just fitness. All free! strands.com
