Marathon Training Update May 14-15

Thurs, May 14: 2 mile jog, then 4 x 1 mile with 2 min recovery. Approx 6 min ave. cool-down Not bad but did not feel great. Not rested. 7 miles

Fri, May 15: 8 mile jog on trails. Comfortable.
