Marathon Training Update April 5-7

Apr 7 Tues: - 1 mile jog with Sumo, then 12 mile run easy to moderate. 13 miles

Apr 6 Mon: - 1 mile jog with Sumo, then 8 miles at 7 min pace most of the way. 9 miles

Apr 5 Sun:
20 mile bike
